Staff Meeting Reminder

Monthly staff meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 8 PM EST.

Documentation Updates

Please review the updated staff handbook for the latest policies and procedures.

Partnership Requirements

  • ✓ Must have 40+ members
  • ✓ Must have an active representative at all times
  • ✓ Must follow our server rules and partnership guidelines at all times
  • ⚠️ Failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediate termination of the partnership and potentially a blacklist if case is serious enough

Representative Verification

When we get Reps for these partnerships, they must verify before we give them roles. If they fail verification they may not be eligible to be a representative.

Staff Requirements

Quota:

  1. Staff must accumulate 3 hours per week
  2. Staff must have at least 2 Moderations per week

Engagement & Activity:

  1. All staff must join 3 sessions per week
  2. All staff must be professional at all times
  3. All staff must engage with the community at least 10 times per week

Office Etiquette

Join Front Desk Before Entering an Assigned Office

Staff Voice Channels:

  1. All staff must be respectful of others at all times
  2. There is a zero tolerance policy on NSFW, Self Harm Speech or Power Tripping
  3. All staff must remain professional at all times
  4. You must use these offices for server related talk
  5. You are not permitted to use soundboards unless it relates to this server
  6. Any and all drama is not permitted and will result in immediate punishment
  7. All staff are required to change the status to the topic of conversation unless confidential

Management+:

  1. Must be used for management purpose
  2. Must Identify topic of discussion
  3. All staff must not speak about topics discussed outside of these offices
  4. There is a zero tolerance policy on NSFW, Self Harm Speech or Power Tripping
  5. All staff must remain professional at all times
  6. All staff must be respectful of others at all times
  7. Any topic relating to members or staff is confidential
  8. Any personal information given will result in immediate punishment

Ownership+:

  1. Must ask before joining
  2. Must Remain Professional
  3. Not to be used as a report office
  4. Strictly used for Server discussions
  5. Events and Hangout must be approved
  6. Any stream shown is confidential
  7. At no time is anyone allowed to join unless authorized
